It all starts with seasonal and 100% fresh fruit, most of which is seasonal and some of which is organic, real milk and cream, and hand-picked ingredients like Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar or Argentinian Dulce de Leche. No artificial additives, no colourings, no preservatives, just pure flavour with up to 75% fruit in each scoop.
Every flavour is handcrafted in small batches at our lab in Charneca de Caparica, from fresh fruit to finished cone, because we believe the finest ingredients speak for themselves.
This focus on quality comes from authentic techniques, learned and refined through professional gelato training with Italian expertise.
